Pack Your Items

Place the unused Legacybox kit or the processed media you wish for us to review back into its original protective packaging.

Attach Prepaid Label

Download and print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely affix it to the outside of your return shipment.

Receive Refund or Rework

Once received at our lab, we will process your refund to the original payment method or begin a complimentary re-transfer of your media.
